These video exercises allow users to follow each movement live on screen to ensure they do each exercise correctly. Key muscle areas are highlighted to illustrate where users should feel each stretch, and moving arrows are used to emphasize key movements. These videos greatly enhance the ability for users to do exercises and stretches correctly as well has providing high user engagement which increases user compliance with doing the exercises. The exercise videos have been carefully designed to comply with cultural expectations in different international markets, such as the Middle East.

WorkPace 4.0 provides a fresh look and feel matching Windows 7. It also provides full support for 64-bit versions of Windows.

Getting the balance between ensuring staff take sufficient breaks at the right time, yet minimizing work disruption is challenging. WorkPace further improves this area by shifting onscreen reminders to appear unobtrusively in the bottom corner of the screen, out of the way of the user's work.
